Freddy and Poncho turn into rivals after mutual trust is broken when Poncho's niece Liza pursues her goal of leaving Panama to live in the US. Back in Fayettenam as a boss Freddy closes in on takeover which will put him on a collision course with Impala.
Impala and Freddy finally clash when Tracy's scandalous ways come to light, and she's confronted about her relationship with them both. Impala's troubles build when Big Fran mentally mourns her cousin's untimely death, motivating her to find ways to extract her revenge against him. Juan's ambition gets the best of him, after his near death experience makes him feel invincible, and devises a plan to snake Freddy's position as top dope boy in Fayetteville.
